Road Runner Speed Tests from various online sources

There's a few sites on the internet where you can test your internet connectivity speed. My Road Runner Standard package advertises up to 10Mbps download and up to 512Kbps upload. 'up to' being the key phrase, TWC does not advertise minimum speeds. I check speeds occasionally from my PC and iPhone and for the most part the performance is as TWC advertised so I am getting what I pay for. The best performance was on Time Warner Cable's own speedtest page but I think that's to be expected as I hope they would optimize their own speedtest for their customers. The results below are from my PC over WiFi 'n':

Download: 14.27Mbps
Upload: 0.37Mbps
