Road Runner features beyond internet access: Personal Home Pages

Road Runner "Personal Home Pages" is no longer offered by TWC. But I do still see a bunch of "Personal Home Pages" links on various TWC pages, like at the top of http://help.rr.com. And I came across their "Personal Home Pages Policy." From this page "[TWC] RR Personal Web Pages going Bye Bye !!" it seems the service went away late in 2010.

Going to what I believe was the main URL for the Road Runner Personal Home Pages, http://home.rr.com, you'll see:

The Personal Home Page service has been discontinued.
    
If you have upgraded your account with Glide, please login to

I'm not familiar with Glide but they have or had some sort of relationship with TWC: "Time Warner Cable's Road Runner Rolls Out TransMedia's Glide"

    home.roadrunner.com is still active, but I can't seem to get any support for it. So strange that they would discontinue a service, but still have help pages, and still have the server(!), 2 years later.
